Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Owner of Hope Tree Therapy and Wellness, PLLC

Therapy is a relationship ...

I believe that therapy is a relationship and relationships are built with authenticity, transparency, and vulnerability.

Therapy has a goal ...

Therapy can be scary and it is my goal as a therapist to walk beside you as you navigate emotional dysregulation, and collaboratively establish new patterns of understanding and awareness.

My approach as a therapist ...

I approach therapy from a systemic lens, in that I believe we are all products of the "systems" and environments where we were raised, work, live, and are familiar with.  It is my approach to understand what your visions and goals are to move you closer to your idea of a "perfect" life, whatever that looks like for you!

My tools as a therapist ...

PREPARE/ENRICH assessment and exercises for couples and individual self-reflection with the Love Languages quiz. I also explore the grief process and genograms for family-of-origin issues and relationship mapping.
